    摘要：心肌M细胞主要位于心室内膜细胞和心室外膜细胞之间，约占心室总体细胞的30-40%。M细胞的电生理特性与折返机制、触发活动等的发有着一定的关系，在心律失常中起一个病理生理的作用。M细胞是多种药物作用的靶点。M细胞发现为我们理解心律失常的发生机制及合理的选用抗心律失常等药物开拓了新视野。

    Abstract: The myocardial M cells lie mainly between endocardium and epdocardium,about 30-40% of all myocardial cells.There is a certain relationship between electric biological characteristic of M cell and renant mechnism , occurring detonate by contact ,it is .pathological biological function.in. arrhythmia M cells are the targets of many kinds of drugs. It' discovery opens up anew eyesight for us to understand occurring mechnism of arrhythmia and to choose drugs of anti- arrhythmia.
